Privacy Policy

What personal data XIMETRICS collects, for which purposes, how long it is stored, and how it can be withdrawn. In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by the limited liability company LLC "Aktsent" (ООО «Акцент») (hereinafter — the "Operator", "we") in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006.

The Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website ximetrics.pro (hereinafter — the "Site") and about clients in the course of providing predictive analytics services: detecting anomalies and preventing breakdowns, downtime, defects and cost overruns in manufacturing, as well as during demonstrations and pilot projects.

Using the Site and submitting data through the Site's forms constitutes the user's consent to this Policy and to the terms of processing their personal data set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Site's forms and do not submit your personal data.

Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools, and includes the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

Interface elements of the Site (fonts and styling libraries) are loaded via content delivery networks (CDNs); in doing so, the technical data necessary to load the resources (IP address, browser information) is automatically transmitted to them. Protection of the forms against automated submissions is performed by the Operator's own mechanism (a bot "honeypot") without transferring data to third-party services.

The Site uses cookie files — small text files stored in the visitor's browser. Cookies are used for the correct operation of the Site and for collecting anonymized visit statistics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics 4). A detailed description is available in the Cookie Policy. The visitor may disable cookies in their browser settings at any time; disabling them does not block access to the Site but may limit some functionality.

Some of the connected third-party services may process data on servers located outside the Russian Federation (in particular, Google Analytics 4 and Telegram). Such transfer is carried out on the basis of the subject's consent, expressed by using the relevant features of the Site. If it is critical for you that data does not leave the territory of the Russian Federation, do not submit the form and do not use messengers for communication — write to us by email at info@ximetrics.pro.

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions: access control, encryption of transmitted data (HTTPS), and regulation of employees' handling of personal data.
