Cookie Policy
What cookies are, which ones the XIMETRICS website uses, why they are needed, and how to manage them.
Last updated: 25 August 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that are stored in the browser when visiting a website. They allow the site to work correctly, remember technical session parameters, and collect anonymized visit statistics. This Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website ximetrics.pro (hereinafter — the "Site"), the operator of which is LLC "Aktsent".
2. Which cookies we use
The Operator uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Technical (strictly necessary) — ensure the basic operation of the Site: correct display of pages, storage of technical session parameters. Without them the Site may not work correctly; they do not require separate consent.
- Analytical — set by web analytics systems and used to collect anonymized statistics: the number of visitors, referral sources, pages viewed, behavior on the Site. The Site uses:
- Yandex.Metrica (LLC "Yandex", Russia) — visit statistics, including session recording (Webvisor) and click map;
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — aggregated visit statistics.
The Operator does not use advertising or marketing cookies, or cross-site tracking for displaying advertising.
3. Legal basis
Technical cookies are used on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interest in ensuring the Site's functionality. Analytical cookies are used on the basis of consent, which the user expresses by continuing to use the Site, and can be disabled by browser tools (see Section 5).
4. Retention periods
The retention period depends on the type of cookie: session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed, while persistent cookies are stored for the period set by the relevant service or until the user deletes them. The lifetimes of web analytics cookies are determined by the policies of Yandex and Google.
5. How to manage and disable cookies
You can restrict or prohibit the use of cookies at any time by:
- changing the privacy settings in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) — usually under "Privacy" / "Site settings";
- using incognito mode or tracker-blocking extensions;
- deleting already stored cookies in your browser settings.
You can opt out of Yandex.Metrica using the Yandex blocker, and out of Google Analytics using the official Google add-on. Disabling analytical cookies does not block access to the Site but may limit some functionality.
6. Related documents
For more information about the processing of personal data, see the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data. Questions about the use of cookies can be sent to info@ximetrics.pro.
7. Changes
The Operator has the right to update this Policy. The current version is always available at ximetrics.pro/cookies/. The date in the document header reflects the date of the latest revision.
