Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Hereby I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, when completing and submitting any contact form on the website ximetrics.pro (hereinafter — the "Site"), give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

2. List of personal data

Consent is given to the processing of personal data that I provide to the Operator myself through the Site's forms, namely:

• the company name;
• the content of the message, in which I, at my own discretion, provide a convenient communication channel (email address, phone number and/or messenger identifier — Telegram, WhatsApp) and a description of the task of interest;
• technical data automatically transmitted when submitting the form: IP address, browser and device information, and the anonymized identifier of web analytics systems.

3. Purposes of processing

• processing my inquiry and contacting me to respond, clarify the task and coordinate further steps (demonstration, pilot, consultation);
• conducting pre-contractual correspondence, preparing and concluding a service agreement;
• protecting the Site's forms from spam and automated submissions;
• fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. List of actions and methods of processing

Consent is given to perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons engaged by the Operator to process the inquiry and perform the agreement, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

I am informed and agree that, to process the inquiry, the Operator uses third-party services (including the web analytics systems Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics 4, as well as the Telegram messenger, to which requests are delivered), some of which may process data outside the Russian Federation. The list of services and the terms are provided in the Privacy Policy.

5. Validity period of consent and withdrawal procedure

The consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notice to the email address info@ximetrics.pro or by post to the Operator's address indicated in Section 1. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 days, except in cases where processing must continue due to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation or to perform a concluded agreement.

6. Confirmation

By submitting a form on the Site, I confirm that I have reviewed this Consent and the Privacy Policy, understand their content, that the data I have provided is accurate, and that consent is given freely, of my own free will and in my own interest.
